                                        III. DOG MOVEMENT (WALKING)
                                                Paragraph 9.
      On the street,public places,parks and the spaces used by the whole building (stairs, entrances, lift, yard and the similar) a dog must be led on a leash in the way that it can not imperil the security and the health of people, other animals and their movement.Dogs which are,for their inborn characteristics and agressive instinct or training dangerous for the security of people,and particulalry Dobermanns,American Stafford Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pitbull Terriers, Rottwielers, Doguesi, Great Belgian Sheepdog (German shepard), as well as Japaneese fighting dogs, Great Japanese Spitzs, Mastiffs, Sarplaninac and their half-breeds must be led on a leash with the obligatory muzzle at the places from this paragraph. The exception from item 2. of this paragraph, Dogue de Bordeaux and Napolitan Mastiffs can be lead on a leash without a muzzle at spaces from item 1.of this paragraph.
